Human Resource Manager, Wheeling WV

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree plus a Minimum of 5 years HR Management experience with exposure in the following areas: recruitment, employment law, training and development, benefits administration, employee relations and payroll. Multi site experience and familiarity with Eastern OH, WV and Western PA territories preferred.
